Short version: use Kosmica, keep your content, and tell us if something breaks.
Effective 13 October 2026. These terms cover the Kosmica apps for Mac and iPhone, made by Skcript (“we”).
App Store copies
If you got Kosmica from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. Purchases, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by Apple.
No account
Kosmica has no account. Your library lives on your devices and in your own iCloud; see the privacy policy.
Your content
What you save stays yours. We claim no rights to it and cannot see it. You are responsible for having the right to save and share the images and links you add, including in shared collections.
Pre-release builds
Pre-release builds may change, lose features or behave unexpectedly. Keep a copy of anything you can’t replace.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Skcript is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Kosmica.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
